What is Trick Quest?

Trick Quest is a new cooperative game that combines elements of trick-taking games and RPGs (role-playing games). Players take on a different role (swordsman, martial artist, wizard, priest, or scholar) and work together to solve "quests" based on trick-taking games, progressing through the scenario. Depending on the outcome of the quest, the story branches and the assigned role is strengthened. Players can progress through the game by exchanging cards while considering how to strengthen each player, and by racking their brains to defeat the enemies that appear.

It takes several hours to complete the entire game, but each quest can be completed in less than 10 minutes. It's a game that you can play for a long time, but it's not too heavy, so you can play casually and take breaks along the way.

How to proceed with the Trick Quest

The "Trick Quest" scenario consists of 5 chapters. Follow the "Quest Map" and the scenario book to progress.

Starting with "1-1: Encounter," and ending with finding the legendary divine bird in the final chapter, the story progresses by solving various "quests" (trick-taking questions). Players can choose their own path, or the scenario can branch out depending on the job of the person who won the trick, the strength level of each player up to that point, and other factors.
You can either go straight to the goal, or take a step back and forth to level up. You can experience the same feeling as progressing through an RPG through trick-taking!
